Mule Box was super easy to work with. The customer service was excellent. Quick to respond to messages. Pickup, delivery and relocation of unit was punctual and driver was courteous and very helpful and the price was right. I highly recommend them.

Matt from the DFW MuleBox office had great customer service as my rental had to be extended the last day of the contract and he handled cancelling the pickup and contract extension within an hour of our communication. The unit arrived clean and was placed exactly where I asked. Definitely recommend using these guys if you need a temporary storage unit

The easiest and most economical storage solution that I’ve ever used. Every step from ordering one for delivery and pickup was so simple. They are clean and sturdy. I had figured I needed it for 2-4 weeks but ended up with it for 7 months. Will definitely use MULE BOX again when in need.
