We contracted with Puma Van Lines to move our belongings from a storage unit in the Dallas area to the San Antonio area. We were nervous about using a moving company after seeing so many issues with various companies. We spoke with Cassy and she assured us of the price and process. The movers arrived within the time window and got right to work. Gus and team were professional and handled our belongings with care. …

I have moved 4x from various states to others, and this time, with Puma from TX to CA, was BY FAR THE BEST! I used standard size (Med & Lg) moving boxes so my box count never changed from my quote, plus we had inventoried all of my furniture.... I paid exactly what my quote was, no more. Nothing changed on the front end or back end. Everyone I talked to, emailed with, texted with, dealt with, was so kind and prof…

The dispatcher gave me a call to let me know when to expect the pick up in CA and the day of the driver called me when he arrived to ensure he picked everything up correctly. They were efficient and communicated well during the process. I was then able…

I entrusted Puma Van Lines with my relocation from TX to SC. I worked closely with Daniel who was absolutely a pleasure to work with. He had excellent customer service skills and was patient, responsive, helpful, and professional. No matter how many changes I had, he worked with me to make sure everything stayed up-to-date so that I did not incur any additional, unexpected expenses. Daniel also was able to recommend …

Gus Vasquez with Puma Van Lines moving company was very professional through my whole moving process. I moved from Texas to California and all my things were safely packed and cared for with great caution. I am happy to say that when I arrived to my new home everything was in one piece, and nothing was damaged. I would definitely recommend this moving company and ask for Gus he was a delight.
