Louii’s AC Comfort Specialist provided outstanding service. I called and Louii and his team arrived in less than 30 minutes, which was incredibly impressive. They quickly diagnosed the issue and completed the repairs efficiently. The pricing was very reasonable, and everything was explained clearly with honesty and professionalism. Would absolutely recommend!!! Luis came out to our home and was so knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. We have had other technicians from other businesses come to our house and no one else was able to find our second A/C unit. Luis was diligent and thorough so was able to find it and fix our issue. He and his team were fast, cleaned up any mess they made when doing the repair and educated us on what we need to do …

The technicians went above and beyond with their service. They came out early this morning, thoroughly examined my AC unit, and quickly identified the issue and the part needed for repair. They then drove across town to pick up the part and returned later that evening to complete the repair. Exceptional customer service from start to finish. Hands down the best repair service I’ve experienced. Highly recommend!

Luis is a professional who takes time to explain to you the necessary work that needs to be done and how it will affect you. He was professional, on time, and thorough. Our building now maintains perfect temperature and is highly efficient compared to the old unit. I would highly recommend this company.
