Our AC went on the fritz. We called Optima and got a quick response. They analyzed the problem and breezed through the repair, answering questions with detailed yet easy-to-understand explanations. They even helped determine if the AC unit was still under warranty, and it was!

We got our new unit installed the day after approving the estimate. The team showed up on time and worked quickly to get our new AC unit installed. I appreciate their transparency with the prices and the type unit they installed. Great company to work with!
