On The Horizon did a service job for me through my home warranty company. They were very quick to accept the service request, and provided good communication from the moment the appointment was confirmed to when the tech was on the way. They sent Rigo who was on time, very experienced, friendly, quick to diagnose and address the problem with my aging A/C. He even took extra steps to ensure that the problem would n…

My home warranty set up this appointment and after seeing the other reviews, I was nervous to say the least. Quentin was our HVAC tech. Quentin showed up ready to fix our problem. He was focused, professional, on time, and helpful. He quickly resolved our issue which required our flux capacitor to be replaced. I would also like to add that I called the company prior to Quentin’s arrival to confirm the appointment ti…

I will always be grateful for her kindness and great service. I wish I could give …

I did my legwork in preparation for them …

He kept saying he checked everything but my house is 82 degrees he stated out of the blue it’s the damper doors and I don’t even have damper doors on most of vents blowing hot air and now the the lady at office hangs up on me and says call your r…
