Eddy was absolutely amazing to work with. From the beginning, he was transparent, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping us understand our situation rather than trying to sell us something we didn’t need. We know our unit is aging and eventually will need to be replaced, but Eddy took the time to explain everything clearly, give us practical advice, and help us feel comfortable with where things stand right…
