This is the only HVAC company you'll ever need here in North Texas! When I first moved to McKinney 4 years ago, our HVAC was riddled with problems and leaks. I called about 15 different different A/C companies in the area but Ideal Air had the best prices and best customer service. Amazing service and honest work. They are respectful and have a strong work ethic. They were very thorough and walked us through the all important issues we had with our ac unit. They followed up and made sure we were taken care of before leaving. Thanks to Scooter, Mike and Stephanie for excellent service during these hot Texas summer days!

JP was fantastic. Very friendly, professional, and a great communicator. He took care of our issue in a timely manner and didn’t try to upsell us on anything. He was also upfront about us probably needing a whole new system in a couple years, which we agreed with since ours is 23 yrs old. We will definitely do business with Ideal Air again when needed.

He asked what was going on then went to work. He found the issue and gave me a fair quote (service call fee plus the repair). Glad to support…
