It is June in Houston and my A/C stopped working! I called Be Cool and they were able to come out the same day! Ryder was very knowledgeable and explained as he was working which I found very helpful. He gave me recommendations and improvements that I could think about in the future but didn’t try to force me into additional work or purchases. Got our A/C back up and running within about an hour. Great service! Would…

So I've met Beau once before and thought he was so wonderful that he stuck in my memory. Thank goodness because after not being able to get anything set up with my usual A/C repair company I gave Be Cool a call. Boy am I glad that I did. Ryder came out to my home this morning and just absolutely dazzled me. Very personable, kind, funny, thorough and professional. I'll be getting a brand new unit with a 12 year warran…

Currently in a cool house with an old AC looking forward to getting our new AC installed tomorrow. Was definitely a n…

Great from the moment of contact! My AC stopped blowing cold in the evening so I went looking for companies that could help. Be Cool responded quickly and have been helpful from the beginning! Beau was out early the next morning and helped us cool our home immediately. I knew I needed a new system so I asked him to provide us with an estimate. His and his crew's service has been a BREEZE. His honesty and transparency…

Very nice and man he knew his stuff. He patiently explained what was happening, what probably needed to be fixed, what might happen and so much more. And he didn’t mind explaining it to me many times :). He had my hou…
