Kiarrah and her team were wonderful with assisting and troubleshooting our issue. We were quickly booked and seen. The technician was transparent and professional throughout his assessment.

I've worked with Straight Cool for many years now and they have always been professional, fast, and competent. Highly recommended for your cooler repair needs.

I called my home warranty company and the first day I could get a house call was 4 days out! I called Straight Cool and they were able to come out the same day. They were prompt, reasonably priced, and super friendly. I would totally recommend them to everyone. My A/C is working perfectly and I couldn’t be happier about the all services I received.

Kiarrah was a great person to help work w me and the warranty come. She was extremely pleasant and professional! These two young men were highly professional and quite talented. Did a great job. Max and Jaime also told me about a maintenance policy I will be purchasing for two homes! I will definitely use them again. Calling tomorrow to set up maintenance on my other home’

Straight Cool does high quality work with a price that fit my budget. I called four other companies and they wanted to charge me a lot more because it was outside of normal hours. I was beyond grateful for the service and price I was given. They came out within an hour on a Friday night and installed a whole new unit efficiently. Would totally recommend them!!
