Staff was extremely knowledgeable , very friendly , took the time to explain everything from cost to what services they would perform of your item. Kept us updated on the status of our item. My husband had surgery on his wrist, staff members lifted the lawnmower out of our truck and put it back in for us. All in all 5 star customer service.

The people were very cordial. Explained exactly how they charge. Fixed my lawnmower perfectly, even unloaded it and loaded it into my vehicle. Very nice experience. I would recommend this business.

I had a mower and trimmer that both needed some work. I dropped both off on a Friday and they were both ready the following Monday. Granted, it's January and the off season, but the turnaround was quick. The work performed on both seems high quality and they are both running great. The price also seemed reasonable for what I had done. I would definitely use them again.

Bought a Toro self propelled from there earlier today. Super helpful salesman and he knows their equipment, no rambling stumbling or "let me check the specs on that". We got off into some other Dude Stuff (that's what dudes do!) but he wasn't pushy and I got exactly what I came for. I'm sort of equipment savvy and do research on the items I don't know but he was spot on. Purchased it, the guys in the back tested it …

I have taken my lawnmower and weed eater to them. The deposit you put down is applied to the balance due. They explain what was wrong and help you keep it working correctly
