JUSTIN was the technician from WEST-O-PLEX (AC Repair Conpany) who repaired our four year-old RAM heat pump at a very fair price! It was just the drain line plugged up! They were very efficient timely and just honest excellent people I highly recommend them! We have rental properties and have had to call AC folks over the years and they’re the best we’ve used in Fort Worth, Texas . Thank You Justin !

We have been nursing a 25 year-old heat pump along and they just extended the life of it. Just great, honest people who take immense pride in their craftsmanship and customer care. We are incredibly grateful for their help and will be using them for all of our heating and cooling needs moving forward. I cannot recommend Mark, Justin, and the entire West-O-Plex crew highly enough.

We have personally used West-O-Plex AC for years. Mark and his team and nothing less than professional, honest and affordable. Winter to blazing hot summer we have called for service and they come. True professionals and honest. It’s hard to find companies who care for their customers while love their trade, West-O-Plex is that they care and their work shows it also. Highly recommend and won’t use anyone else.

The summer of 2026, extreme heat wave in August, system decided to go down, Mark and his team did a complete change out of the old system. It was on its last leg. I wasn't expecting it to be changed out that quick, professional and everything looks great, the best part is the house is cold again. I will always refer them to friends and family from here on out. Thanks again Mark!!!

My A/C quit working and inside the house was approaching 90’ when I got home from work around 5:30pm. I contacted West-O-Plex and they had someone at my house by 7pm (live 40 minutes outside Ft. Worrh) assessed the issue, and had it back up and running in less than 1/2 an hour and cost was way cheaper than I expected for a last minute call. Thanks for the swift response and getting my A/C back up and running! Would r…
