Cannot say enough great things about Bellaire Air! We received an extremely high quote from another company, who tried to upsell us. Called Bellaire and spoke with Danielle. She got someone out there within hours and ended up being less than half of what we were originally quoted, since we didn’t need additional items. Andes came out - he was phenomenal! You can tell that they are a genuine and reliable company. Will…

I had AC service check on May 29, 2026 for the first time. I had a leak June 24, 2026 in my main ac drain related to the pipe not being connected. Not sure how it happened as I had no leak and the air has been on for months. The last person in the attic was Bellaire Air on May 29. Andre’s came to determine the issue. And fixed the problem. The tech said no rodents in the attic. And it was no charge to fix the issue. …

My first time getting service from Bellaire AC and I must say this was the best AC service I’ve ever experienced. Andres was extremely thorough. Spent a lot of time going over things, had a bunch of pictures to show me. Gave me some recommendations on things to help improve the system, but wasn’t pushy by any means. This was a wonderful experience, and I don’t say that very often.

Nick lacy with Bellaire Air Conditioning came out and fixed my air conditioning system on a Sunday afternoon. I would highly recommend Nick and Bellaire Air Conditioning to anyone as they even credit my repair towards our replacement system. Their install crew was punctual and very clean. Thank you to Nick and Bellaire Air conditioning!

Beware!! They will rip you off!!! Our a/c was not cooling. The freon line was freezing up. Bellaire said it needed 2 lbs. of freon and also needed a cleaning of the inside condenser. It took them less than two hours. The technician said it was now cooling fine, but due to the heat, it might still be a bit warm. For this, they charged me almost $1,000. Fast forward about 6 weeks. The a/c has continued to struggle…
