Ryan was amazing! Very professional and arrived as expected! He quickly diagnosed issue and went to work to fix. He made sure that we understood everything about what was going on. He went above and beyond! I would definitely recommend Air Technical based on the service received by Ryan.

Service is a joke. Had to use them for home warranty and when the tech came out he never even checked the indoor unit. When he checked the outdoor unit he noticed it was low on Freon, which we knew from our regular provider (Daffan, which is EXCELLENT) but went through home warranty because we got one when we bought the house. On 8/20 I called my warranty company and was told they never received the paperwork, called and went straight to voicemail. On 8/21, at 3PM I called my warranty people back, still haven't received anythi…

In the mean time, my electric bill has literally doubled. I wish I could give …

Don’t use! Owner told warranty company that my motor going out was a pre-existing issue. Not even possible, but he offered a deal on a new one. Lol. Refused to correct his inaccurate diagnosis with warranty company also. Said his job was complete and left my other unit running with a jumper wire. WTH is this world coming to.
