Called to set up a service appointment for our Hoshizaki Ice Machine. They were booked up for a few weeks, but so is everyone else right now. Our appointment time came and no one showed up. I called to see if they were running behind, but no one answered, so I left a voicemail. No one ever returned my call. Extremely disappointed.
