They are horrible. If you have a pool and you are at First American Home Warranty. I would not resign with that warranty company ever again just because they use this Vendor. This company is absolutely the worst ever! Do not work with company people! They never answer the phone & my pool has been down over a month now. They installed a faulty pump that now blows too many amps & is very hot to the touch! I am livid! RUN people! I didn’t even want to give 1 star, but had to.
