Like many others have mentioned, I would give this company zero stars if that were an option. I have a Fidelity National Home Warranty policy and was assigned to Pinnacle Aire. Zero stars. Submitted an insurance claim on September 14th during 90+ degree weather. As of October 14th the unit is not fixed.
