Our AC stopped working shortly after we moved into our new home, and the previous owners had given us Ken Longoria’s number. I reached out to Ken, and he answered right away and came out that same day to assess the issue - at no charge. It turned out that we needed a new AC system, and both Ken and Austin were incredibly helpful throughout the process. They took the time to explain the issue in clear, easy-to-unders…

Nick came to my house on 6/17 to check on one of my units. From the moment he showed up, he was extremely professional and polite. He explained to me everything that he was going to do step by step. Once he was finished, he recapped with me what had been done and what to look out for in the near future. His customer service and communication were above and beyond in my opinion.

Ken and his team could not have been better. We had an A/C fan motor go out on our unit. Ken worked over the weekend to find us a great price on a replacement motor and had us back up by Monday. His team deserves the highest marks for the service they provided! Thanks again.

Power Savers comes out and immediately identifies the issue and has it repaired in no time at all. Very responsive with communicating when they will be there and a very fair price for their work. I have used them for 15 years.
