Amazing job down by Bert. He was friendly and personable. He explained what he was going to do and completed the work in a very timely manner. I have used Smith multiple times and all have been great experiences!

Scott M. kindly accommodated a specific time request (MUCH! appreciated) and was professional, timely and friendly. The technicians and the dispatcher always make Smith Thompson an easy choice! love them for pest control & alarm services!

I had a great experience! Eric was incredibly responsive and helpful in answering all of my questions over the phone. Chase came out and did the install and was very informative in showing me how to use the system and setting everything up. Also love supporting local businesses!

We have used Smith Thompson for many years, replacing ADT which was costing much more. We had them install three outdoor floodlight cameras, a doorbell camera and a smart digital front door lock, all for a reasonable price. The installation was done promptly and professionally. Our home security is now completely within their app. No need for a Ring subscription!

I signed up for Smith Thompsons maintenance plan and recently got my first tune up for both units. Hamza did a great job. Showed up on time and was very professional and courteous. He was thorough and answered my questions. I'm happy with the service provided.
