AHM provides warranty services for Extend warranties. A dog I was fostering for adoption bit through a wire so my recliner was in the reclining position. Michael, the technician who provided the repair was absolutely wonderful. He was prompt, completed the repair quickly, and was a professional. He was friendly and accommodating! Michael is definitely an asset to AHM!

The experience of a web furniture assessment was new to me, but I must admit a very enjoyable and painless experience. Curtis was very knowledgeable and talked me through the whole process and diagnosis. He did a great job of relaying timeframes and future steps to come. This was an excellent company to connect with. Thanks for all your help.

Wow! These guys were so easy to work with. They came and fixed our laz-y-boy console couch in the first visit. They were very skilled, competent, and professional. And, to top it all off, we were shocked at how reasonably priced the repair was. I will absolutely use AHM again if I ever require furniture repairs again. They are rock stars!

He opened the back panel, closed it back up, and left without resolving the issue. Afterward, he reported to SquareTrade that the problem was "intermittent," which I was told means it's not covered under the warranty. This doesn't match my experience at all. The chair was not…
