Chimney Rock has been servicing our home for the last four years and they’ve been fantastic. We had a 6 day old newborn and our AC wasn’t working well. Matt came out on a Saturday night at 8:30 to check things out. We ended up needing our entire unit and furnace replaced, and they were quick at getting that done, only taking about three hours. We will absolutely continue to use them for our heating and cooling needs!

We have been using Chimney Rock for over 25 years. The workmanship is second to none and their response time is nearly immediate. It is good to have such a level of trust with AC and heating repair/install. We have recommended them several times and every referral was thrilled.

Chimney Rock has installed and serviced our air conditioner & heating for 30 years. Brian, Troy & Pat are a pleasure to do business with and I’m so thankful to have had their help all these years. I like that they have been in business for so long and can absolutely be trusted. I really appreciate that they change my filters and clean the vent as a courtesy. I also like that they will mail my bills when needed. Highl…

Chimney Rock was very professional, efficient, and friendly. Brian and his crew did a great job!! Before they left, Brian made sure everything was installed and working properly. He insured that we were satisfied and understood how our new system worked. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

We had a unit that lost 6 lbs of 410a refrigerant. Chimney rock did not provide us advance notice of their charges, and only provided an invoice more than one week after the repair was complete. Yes, 410 A is no longer in production. But their price per pound of 410a was significantly higher than that of other HVAC service companies. Chimney Rock Services has lost my business. I recommend any other service compan…
