I decided to write a review because they installed the flat roof on our garage efficiently and explained that the membrane material would provide better durability than our previous setup. The installation took most of the afternoon, but they left everything tidy and took care to address a drainage issue I hadn't noticed before.

The roof leak turned out to be due to improperly sealed flashing, which was discovered during a thorough inspection that the first roofer did not conduct. This company fixed it by replacing and properly sealing the flashing in under two hours, whereas the previous team suggested unnecessary full shingle replacements.

Compared to a previous contractor who missed several scheduled appointments, this roofer arrived on time and identified the leak source within an hour. He replaced several damaged shingles and provided photos of the finished work, which gave me confidence in the repair.

The pricing was transparent from the start, and I appreciated how the technician explained each step of the roof repair process as it happened.

Great experience with this roofing contractor. They repaired missing shingles and made sure the entire roof was secure.
