The absolute worst customer service I have EVER experienced in my entire life. Our 8 MONTH OLD AC unit went out on a Wednesday and I had to continuously call multiple times a day to get an update on when it would be fixed. Just the worst company to work with. I originally called because I smell something bad coming out from vents upstair. I also requested for air re-balance because some rooms are too cold during Winter. We were still covered by the warranty. None of them were fixed!!
