They came out the same day we called. They were very professional and quick! They took the time to make sure everything was screwed in and fit perfectly when there was a couple things they could have easily left and I wouldn’t have noticed. I would definitely use them again!

Had a small problem with a couple of rollers coming apart from door itself today. Couldn’t get it to go up or down at first. The service tech that came out had it repaired in just a short period of time. Thanks for a job well done. Will definitely use you again in the future if necessary.

My garage door wasn't operating correctly. Called Jones overhead door and he was able to come out quickly. Did a thorough inspection and fixed the issue for a very reasonable price. Very responsive, knowledgeable, and honest. This is the only company I'll use going forward!

Came said I had to get a new door after closing it. I told him door was not aligned. Other doors had already been repaired by different company and work just fine. He got angry I told him it was not done right. Called other company they came and fixed it.
