Great service, highly recommend! Kemba (sp?) was professional, diagnosed the issue with my oven & fixed it quickly. Communication was great. I also described a chronic issue I’ve had with my dishwasher & he fixed that too! He said since that was a simple thing, he wasn’t going to add anything to the oven repair charge. Overall great experience & I will use Appliance Teks for any appliance issues going forward!

I’ve worked with them a few times over the years and Samori is always professional, timely, and offers repair advice that makes for the longevity of the appliance. He’s worked on the refrigerator—each repair adding years of life to it! Definitely recommend

The boot of our washing machine had to be replaced and Samori was able to get the part and complete the work the same day. He was very professional and the service was prompt and excellent. I would definitely recommend him!

I recently found and called Appliance Teks because I smelled gas around my stove. Samori was able to come out the same day to take a look. He was very thorough and knowledgeable when he came out. He also went out of his way to call me the next day (when he didn’t have to) to check up on me to make sure everything was still okay with the stove. Samori is great and I recommend him to others!!
