The technician, Sarah, from Apex Group Heating And Cooling Co was wonderful. She was polite, knowledgeable, and very patient with my elderly mother in Houston who had a lot of questions. She fixed the thermostat issue and made sure my mom understood how to use the large-display thermostat they installed.
