Vanessa did an amazing job! She was quick, professional and had all the tools she needed to get our AC up and running. We had a horrible experience with another company canceling and rescheduling several times. Freedom Air answered our call and sent Vanessa right on over. We would definitely use them again. Highly recommend.

Vanessa has been absolutely fantastic. She has gone above and beyond to help us get our AC system fixed and fixed right. She initially came out to our house at 1AM to address our unit not running. She went through the system, explained what she was doing step by step, and ultimately diagnosed the issue. If you want an honest, hard working, and trustworthy HVAC technician and company, look no further.

Amazing service today by Vanessa! She communicated clearly every step of the way and helped me understand my issue this morning. Waking up on a Sunday morning with no AC in Texas is a true emergency 🥵🤣🤠 but grateful that I was able to get serviced and up and running all before the sun got to extra spicy level🔥☀️

Albert, Robert, Nathan and Manuel are the best. Came out and took care of a big job professionally and quickly. Would recommend them to everyone and we will be using them for any future projects we have.
