Based on my dialog with David, it's a near certitude the rest of the techs are well versed and well schooled in customer and equipment service. David Cummons and Spencer Air deserve each and every one of those 5 stars! From my initial call to the positive and accommodating receptionist to …

We just bought this house and chose Spencer's based on being a local company and their Google reviews. They continue to impress me, and I truly cannot recommend them enough…

The tech Charles was so nice and helpful! He repaired our AC and had the part needed on hand in his truck. I always worry when I have to call a service repair company I know nothing about but I was thoroughly impressed with the scheduling process, the technician, The excellent service. And transparency. Will definitely use them again and would definitely recommend.
