Great customer service and extremely responsive. Carlos reached out to me and made me an offer I couldn’t refuse. 🤌🏼 As a GC, he’s exactly the kind of man we look for. Fair with prices and respectful towards our client. We will definitely be using his company again! Thank you Carlos!

Carlos was at my house within an hour. He did an assessment of the problem. He was able to do a temporary fix but I will have to wait to get the part. His prices are very affordable. He was really helpful and answered my neverending questions. I would absolutely recommend Hercules HVAC Pro. Thanks for your help Carlos! I appreciate ya! 😁

What can I even say? Carlos saved me so much headache and frustration today! Turns out I installed my nest thermostat incorrectly and it caused my system to stop running for several hours. I called Carlos and he was at my house in 30 minutes, diagnosed and fixed the problem in 20. I will 100% be a return customer and honestly can’t wait to be able to have him replace my undersized system.
