I had a very good experience with Smartway. I contacted them because we needed some repairs to our break room refrigerators at work. Fast response time, quick turnaround and both Mike and Alex were prompt, friendly, professional, and fixed the issues at a reasonable rate. I will definitely call them again if we need service in the future.

When our refrigerator went out, we called Smartway upon a recommendation from a family member. Ross came out same day and worked on the fridge a couple of hours. He got the fridge working and charged us a reasonable fee. He was knowledgeable and so pleasant to work with. We will use them again and highly recommend them!

Our dryer had stopped drying and kept saying check vent. Since my husband works out of town I needed help! It was so easy to schedule an appointment online and when they came their tech Edward was very swift and helpful! The payment process was easy as they accept credit/debit. They also allow you to pay online which is a plus! Thank you all again and will definitely be a returning customer.
