Jose Ortiz & Henry Saravia were very professional and compassionate about my plight. I am disabled, and have been without AC all summer. They made sure it was up and running before they left. Now me and my elderly dad can sleep comfortably at night. I would and will recommend Redstone anytime.

José Ortiz and his team have helped us on two different occasions, once when our AC wasn’t functioning properly and the other time for AC maintenance. He explained to my husband what was going on, quickly and efficiently fixed the issues & was very reasonably priced. Highly recommended for all your AC & heating needs for honest work and polite service! Thanks for all your help Redstone Team, we are so grateful!

Came home to my AC not working, Jose came within the hour, quickly diagnosed the problem, quoted, and got it fixed quickly. He gave me a detailed explanation of what was done and why, and what will need to be done in the future. So glad to have my AC fixed same day! 5 star service, will definitely use again.
