Walked into establishment only to be received by a woman (no receptionist at front desk) with a terrible attitude. "Umm can I help you?!" With exasperated hand and facial expressions. I suggest she receives training on professionalism because she clearly lacks it.

Diakin units are very hard to find parts ..diakin won't sell to you if your not registered with them..regular ac guys can't service units...I tried to get a capacitor for a mini split an they said it didn't have one. I told them I have it in my hand ,they said sorry couldn't do anything for me ...should have gone with a carrier mini split !!!
