Our upstairs sink was having water back up, so I reached out to Chris on Sunday night. He responded promptly and explained that the sink is where the AC drains, so if that drain becomes clogged, the AC can cause the sink to fill with water. On Monday, he sent a technician right over, and sure enough, that was exactly the issue! The technician had everything resolved quickly and was very professional and efficient. …

I can’t begin to find the right words to express how great this company has been to us. They stand behind what they install - for example, our 3 year old a/c wasn’t cooling and they came out the next day and replaced a capacitor. No charge to us - not even a service call charge. I also like that we get the same service technician each time. Call them - you won’t regret it!

From now on, I will only call Spring Branch AC. I called 3 other AC companies & a plumbing company before I found Spring Branch. I should have called them first to avoid the hassle & run around I dealt with. Juan was professional, courteous, clean & SUPER THOROUGH. I feel confident I won’t have the issue again, now that Spring Branch AC has completed the job. Thank you so much!!!!!!

Awesome service! Our new baby granddaughter (and her parents) came for her first visit and we had A/C issues. They came out as soon as possible and Juan had us up and going in no time! We couldn’t be more pleased!
