Through my home warranties, I have unfortunately experienced a lot of HVAC companies. Bon Air was by far the best experience and through their great service I have purchased two HVAC systems. I did my due diligence and they were the best price too Enrique Mendoza did the last replacement. I give him 5 stars in all aspects. Great communication and very knowledgeable as well..

Jason was my Tech and he took time to investigate the source of my concerns. He carefully explained his recommendations should I need new motor and or capacitor. I was pleased with his thoroughness in performing his duties.

Jimmy was amazing! He immediately diagnosed the issue and returned early the next morning and fixed our AC. Im very happy with Bon Air and will 100% use them again. What impressed me was that they didnt offer a discount if we gave them a 5 star review before any service was started. Buyer beware of those scammers *cough* A #1 Air. Thanks Bon Air!

I was given a time window of 2-5 pm but I was pleasantly surprised when I was told tthey could come way earlier. Sam was great, asking questions and giving information. Besides the service call I got a maintenance plan for 1 year.
