With years of expertise in pest and rodent control, Jerman quickly assessed my home to investigate an air duct issue. A plan was presented and agreement signed the same day to address my predicament. His findings and remedies will avert costly repairs in the future. Thank you, Smith-Thompson, for dispatching Jerman, as he has delivered consistent and quality service over the years.
