Great experience with HVAC maintenance service. Hector Pacheco was professional and respectful. He went over what he found, provided clear technical advice, and prioritized the items that needed attention. He also outlined recommended future maintenance checkpoints and the ideal timeline for each, which I found very helpful. Gladly recommend Hector to anyone looking for reliable HVAC service.

Called Northwind A/C for a bid on a new Trane system. Bridget the sales rep was very professional and knowledgeable about the Trane products. I contracted with Northwind to install the new system and from the installation crew and their leader Eric to the follow visit from their Quality control technician everyone has been great. I would highly recommend Northwind.

Great, thorough and professional service! I really appreciate how Jose not only quickly identified and carefully explained the problem we had but also gave me important information about my units and how I could best keep them functioning well in the Houston humidity. Very happy with his service!!
