Jason was out to add an ultraviolet light to keep the system clean and improve the air quality. The appointment booking was easy, Jason was on time and sent notice when he was on his way. He is polite, explains the scope of his work and what expectations I should have. The room was spotless as he cleaned up the area. Very pleased with Jason's service and Chill Bros. overall.

Karie was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and patient. She took the time to explain the different AC options and answered all of my questions clearly. I would definitely recommend this company and their sales team to anyone looking for a new AC system.
