Easy 5 stars. We had a new system installed about a year ago. It’s had a couple of hiccups, but Top Gun has always been responsive — most often same day — and the fixes have been solid. Everything has been covered under warranty. The workers have always been polite, communicate well, and respect your house. Top Gun is now part of a larger group owned by private equity. Corey was quick and efficient! He was able to diagnose the problem with our HVAC units, talk through solutions, strategize about the best fixes according to our budget/timeline and got our air back on within about 2 hrs of our initial call! 🤯 Exceptional company!!!

Stuart with Willard West did an outstanding job. Outside temp was 106, inside temp was 85, and he fixed our A/C really fast. Great service. Very professional and a great price. I highly recommend these guys/gals. Thanks Stuart. Thanks Willard West.

The technician they sent out was great 👍🏻 but the wait time of 3 days later (with no AC during 100+ degree weather) and the 8am -5pm appointment time is a bit of a disappointment. I also loath the AI call center assistant thing but the human agent was only slightly better. Maybe in time if they fix those issues I would give them 5 starts but until then 4 is generous.
