Richard is always prompt, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Air-Tex has been servicing our heating and AC for several years and doing a great job. They have always been very responsive and quick to service our system even when something unexpected happens. Very trustworthy.

We have a yearly service contract with Air Tex, so they come twice, once in the fall and once in the spring to maintain our heating/AC system. As always, the service technicians arrived on time and were friendly and professional. I recommend Air Tex to without reservation.

Lied to American Homeshield stating that I needed a full replacement. I notified American Homeshield and another company came and told me that I did not need a full replacement. Plus the worker was messy, on the phone and was here less than 2 minutes and determined “you need a full replacement” Seriously scammer. They don’t answer the phone. They were late. Save your sanity- don’t use them.
