The maintenance visit took just under two hours, which felt reasonable given the thorough cleaning and inspection of our HVAC system. Compared to a previous service provider who rushed through in half the time, this technician explained his findings clearly and made adjustments that improved our system's efficiency.

After a previous experience with a different contractor that left much to be desired, I felt compelled to share that this technician installed our new AC unit in just under three hours and took the time to explain the maintenance steps clearly. He also returned a few days later for a quick follow-up to ensure everything was functioning correctly, which was appreciated.

The main issue turned out to be dust accumulation in the vents, and they managed to clean everything efficiently within about an hour. Compared to a previous company that left me with lingering airflow issues, this visit was thorough and solved the problem completely.

I was initially skeptical due to a previous unsatisfactory repair elsewhere, but this technician quickly identified a faulty capacitor and had it replaced in under an hour. Comparing both experiences, the clarity of explanation and efficiency here was notably better.

The technician arrived promptly, diagnosing the issue within 20 minutes and had everything running smoothly shortly after. Professional, efficient, and left no mess behind. Highly recommend!
