I cannot say enough good things about A Pro North and especially Eric. From start to finish, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. Eric quite literally saved me from purchasing a home that could have been a maintenance nightmare — he uncovered issues from a lightning strike and electrical surge that the builder had not disclosed. Eric is truly excellent at what he does. He thoroughly explained everything he inspected in the home, including using a gas meter, temperature check, and thermal imaging readings. He provided clear evidence right after the inspection, and all of it was done at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend him!

Matt was very flexible with us while scheduling a date and time for the inspection of our new home. When he arrived at the house on the scheduled day, he noticed the house was not ready to be inspected and did not charge us for driving out there. He gave us a quick yet thorough review of what needed to be fixed on site and a report was sent to us later that night. I highly recommend A Pro Home Inspection San Antonio.

The fuse box showed evidence of melted wiring that was not noted. Roof was not inspected at all. The HVAC ai…
