Mr. Nelson was very professional in his interaction with me as a consumer. My situation was not a one and done because it was based on mistakes from the supplier but he worked with me until I obtained the product without any defects and for that I really appreciated the human side of him, "not just I am here to a job and that's it". You will receive a good service from this family owned business.

Nelson fixed a problem with my 24,000 btu mini split that three other contractors failed at. Nelson is a very knowledgeable and straight forward. He came out right away. Diagnosed problem, ordered part and fixed 2 days later. A really nice guy to boot. Will use him again for my other AC work

Nelson has done work for me both personally and at my business. He performed competent work on both occasions. His work was excellent, and the prices were fair. I would not hesitate to recommend his company for any HVAC work needed or for just a general system checkup to avoid scary and expensive surprises.

Nelson really cares about doing things right. I hired him to fix a job that another AC company had botched. He took before and after photos of the installation. It was evident that the prior job was poorly done and had some serious issues. Nelson and his team did a great job. Do not hesitate to contact him if you want quality and honest workmanship.
