I currently rent a house. Had several issues with my ac, not only did Cruz communicate with my landlord but also took the time and attention to give me updates and provide outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Cruz and Jay Efficient, professional, and amazing work. Thank you so much!

Jay and his team were very responsive when our air conditioner unit stopped working. They did not try and up sell us on things we didn’t need and were priced very reasonably. Jay came back out after we discovered an old drainage pipe had broken and he repaired it without delay. I highly recommend Hybrid!

They deserve 0 stars, I am still under warranty and they never answered my calls or responded to my urgency, I'm selling my home and there were issues with my unit, never came out I spent $706 to get it fixed. Jay Carney ignored my calls and the warranty.

I have been unable to reach Hybrid Heat and Air from their number ending in 8087. My AC should be under warranty but do not know if they have gone out of business or sold their company. Jay installed my system and it seems that Cruz had taken over servicing. Does anyone know if they shut down their business or have a new number?

I’ve been trying to get a hold of hybrid for months and nobody calls you back. I hired Jay to do the work…and Cruz did the instal. I was told by Jay a year back that Cruz bought the business. Now Cruz doesn’t want to honor any of the previous warranties. I will be taking this to small claims, I still have five years left on my warranty.
