I highly recommend Charles at Modern Air of Katy for his exceptional service and expertise. I recently encountered an urgent AC issue just 24 hours before a new tenant was scheduled to move in. Charles arrived promptly, conducted a thorough diagnostic, and had the system functioning perfectly in short order. His efficiency and attention to detail during such a high-pressure situation were impressive. It is rare to fi…

My AC wasn't cooling the air after a couple power surges that happened late in the evening. I called many of the big service companies in town who all advertize to provide 24/7 service and none of them were able to come out that evening. I had a minor furnace issue, and Charles arrived right on time, was very prompt, polite, and professional. He diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, and came back the second time to finish the repair as promised. I really appreciated his reliability and excellent customer service. I highly recommend Modern Air of Katy.

We noticed on waking up on Father’s Day that one of our ACs was out. We called Modern Air and Charles was on our doorstep within the hour. He quickly identified the issue and had our AC up and running again shortly afterwards. Excellent service and such a pleasant person. Wholeheartedly recommend them.

Charles was amazing. We noticed that our AC stopped cooling around 10:30 PM. After a dozen phone calls to other so called 24/7 HVAC contractors, Charles answered and was at our house in an hour. He diagnosed the issue immediately and put a plan in place to replace the broken part. He got our unit back online the next day. I definitely will recommend Charles and his team repair and service.
