We are new patients of Dr. Figueroa's and we LOVE him, he listens to our concerns, he keeps the kids involved and makes the necessary recommendations and referrals. The nurses are very informative and very helpful as well. No long waiting times. His PA is also very good.

I brought my daughter in when she had a cough, and he did an amazing job. Went over everything and more, answered questions I didn’t even know I had. When you call after hours, the actual doctor calls you back right away. Right after her appointment, the next day he called to see how she was doing and to ask if I had any questions regarding her medication. Dr Figueroa is nice but is pretty outdated in terms of medical care. Forces you to wait and have a consult any time you come in, even if it’s just for a vaccine. The front desk staff has no idea what they are doing, they don’t keep track of copays made or owed and don’t call to let you know ahead of time that your appointment was cancelled. I was given 2pm appointment for my 15 month old, and I was literally waiting there for an hour an 20 min, and still couldn’t been seen….Baby also patiently waited until he started to get so fuzzy of just waiting for nothing! Definitely need to give patients the right time for their appointments specially when working with infants! So disappointed today!
