I’ve been using Thermo Techs for over 10 years, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them more! Carlos has always been incredibly responsive, professional, honest, and quick to help whenever I’ve had an issue with my home AC. What I appreciate most is that Carlos treats me like family. He’s friendly, trustworthy, and always makes sure the job is done right. His pricing is fair, and I never feel like I’m being pushed in…

I asked ChaGPT to find the highest-rated A/C providers in San Antonio based on fairness, and they suggested this company. My experience seems to bear out that assessment. They were polite, showed up on time, were incredibly knowledgeable, had all the correct instruments to take measurements and their assessment was fair, not an effort to sell me a new system. I highly recommend Carlos and this company.

Carlos and his team were amazing! A previous contractor did a poor job of installing an a/c unit, but Carlos came in and saved the day! Within two days the new unit and ductwork were installed, as well as new SMART thermostats. Everything is working beautifully, and just in time for this round of 100+ degree temperatures!

I can absolutely see why he has earned so many 5-star reviews. Carlos is professional, extremely knowledgeable in his field, and takes the time to explain everything…
