Golden Rule A/C are the BEST!!! Their techs are knowledgeable and efficient; they take time to educate the client on what needs to be done and keep them informed along the way. The office staff are outstanding throughout the process. We have used them for years and are completely satisfied with the service received. They truly live up to their name.

Golden Rule is a great business to work with from start to finish. Their customer service is amazing and exceeds expectations. The technicians are extremely knowledgeable and professional. All their work is thorough and neat. Their prices are very competitive and scheduling is fast. I highly recommend Golden Rule.

The customer service by far the best in the city as well as the quality of work. I have worked with Jim and his team for years and have nothing but rave reviews to give them. I would recommend them to anyone needing quality work at a great price. I have been with several companies over the years and have used Golden Rule at each one. Great Job Golden Rule. Keep it up.

When I called to address the issue, the woman who answered the phone was unhelpful, repeatedly hung up, and even placed me on mute during follow-up calls. Completely unprofessional. There is zero customer service or accountability. I had multiple accounts with this co…
