Customer service is excellent. I’ve never had a problem with anyone not returning my phone calls. As far as these other reviews these people need to understand that Trane Supply doesn’t sell to the public. You need to be a licensed contractor in order to purchase and get pricing for equipment. The best counter person here is Cara, she is always welcoming and cheerful.

Extremely satisfied Mrs. Karen was very helpful and knowledgeable, she guided me with the updated version for the thermostats I needed. 10/10

I was standing in line and they called up another customer that had walked in after me, essentially cutting in line. Poor customer service. They seemed to be familiar with the customer they called before me. Unprofessional.
