We have used Commercial Kitchen Parts & Service for years to do work for our customer walk in's. Their techs are professional and the communication with the office/dispatch team is great. We very much appreciate partnering with them to do our Warranty work.

Terrible experience. they do not follow through. Our oven went out and it was an emergency to get it fixed. did not show up for 2 weeks and when they did, performed half ass job and had to call them again to come back and fix it which of course was charged. TOTAL RIP OFF.
