very cool instructor, she checks one-on-one with everyone in the beginner class to make sure we are feeling comfortable and can do the new move she teaches. very comfortable environment, we started with stretches then she taught us some basic moves and at the end there was a freestyle period where we got to practice everything we learned.

Been coming here for about a year and a half. Love the vibe, the instructors (particularly Heather), and the encouragement. They have different levels to cater to your journey (beginner, intermediate, and advanced). They will come and help you one on one if you're struggling, and are very supportive. Many talented instructors and dancers. I have gotten so much better and stronger since coming here.
