The quote was competitive, and the technician installed the new thermostat efficiently, though it would have been helpful if they had gone over the settings a little more thoroughly before leaving. Overall, everything works well now, but it took some time for us to figure out how to adjust programming independently❤️

Compared to the quote I received from another company, this HVAC service took longer than expected, but they thoroughly addressed all ventilation issues in the ceiling. They explained that improper duct placement had caused the problem and ensured everything was repositioned correctly before leaving.

The repair took about two hours, which seemed reasonable given they needed to replace a defective capacitor and clean the clogged condenser coil. It's been over a week now, and the cooling has been consistent without any issues.

The problem turned out to be a faulty wiring connection, which the technician identified after methodically checking each circuit. He carefully repaired the connection and recalibrated the thermostat settings, wrapping up in about an hour.❤️
